Ugur studied finance and management at ESCP Business School in Paris. He started his career working in the Consumer Retail M&A team at Goldman Sachs in London. Prior to Flora, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, working closely with consumer brands as well as high-growth e-commerce companies. He has numerous M&A and financing transaction experiences.
